Digital purchases

Because digital files cannot be returned after access is provided, purchases are generally final once the download has been delivered or accessed.

When we will help

If you are charged twice, receive the wrong file, or cannot access a purchased download because of a verified technical problem, contact support with your order details. Elevate Blueprint Studio will work to correct the issue and, when the issue cannot be resolved, may provide an appropriate refund.
